Still trying to get my hands on the Ear 1 s (here in the US). It’s been 2 weeks and luck hasn’t been on my side! Really excited to try them out though. Third time’s the charm they say 🙂

While I continue to tap and pinch and swipe in all the directions known to man, a thought came to my mind: I really hope people are not trying this with their foldable devices.

If so, I am pretty sure the Easter Egg will be a bunch of squiggles permanently engraved on their screens. 😅

A nice twist would be a bonus Easter Egg after you unlock all the “regular” ones. That would be **ahem** Eggceptional. 😆

Kastello Thank you for sharing this one too. I also tried it yesterday and I love it, especially when you are using the app with its Dark Theme enabled.

Question is: are we still missing more or have they all been unlocked already? Like @Helasending mentioned here, perhaps that tweet is a hint of a third one. 🤔

It seems frankly disrespectful and unappreciative to even suggest improvements to the two Easter eggs, but I’m gonna go ahead and do it anyway 😆:

Its a shame the ear (0) concept image is so low-res compared to the ear (1) image -my poor 4K eyes!
It would be great to make full use of that RGB LED with a full colour picker.

Despite this, I’m grateful for these little Easter treats, I promise!

A small update to the ear (1) app was released over the weekend, touting “Enhanced performance stability” and added support for push notifications. As part of the update, the ear (0) Easter egg has been appropriately renamed to concept (1):

I checked my Android devices and I cannot trigger the update, still using the 1.0.8.

However, the version 1.0.9 (74MB here) is indeed available on iPadOS with:

Now supports push notifications
Improved Bluetooth experience
Improved earbuds connection

Hopefully tomorrow we’ll have the update for Android and a thread started by Rudi so we can share our feedback.
