Hey I purchased the phone 2a a week ago, now the glyph lights work fine as intended while getting normal calls but when I get whatsapp call it doesn’t work properly. It doesn’t sync with the ringtone and blinks randomly, I use the same official ringtone from nothing for both normal and whatsapp calls but somehow it doesn’t work well with whatsapp calls. I have tried restarting the phone, uninstall and reinstalling whatsapp, Please look into that issue and does anyone face a similar issue maybe with other apps ?

I have the same problem. Only that it is also extensive with Signal. Have you already found a solution? I have written to support.

      Derren Hi, I am having the same issue as the OP. Would be nice if there’s a way to fix it.

      I am using a custom glyph ringtone added from the composer. Which looks great on regular cn regular calls. Syncs and animates perfectly. But when I recieve a WhatsApp call it just dances around like just music visualization without properly syncing and animating as programmed. Any way to fix this?
