Danny00190 some things occur to me, but maybe someone more informed on this can pitch in.
If it was update related it had to affect other users, so I don’t think that’s the issue.
Can you reverse charge another equipment using the NP2? If yes, that would probably exclude an hardware issue.
Do you have any APP installed to manage your battery? can one of this type of apps prevent the wireless charging for working properly?
Then, there’s the old “Reset” on the phone…
