For anyone thinking about visiting the service center, it’s likely a waste of time. I bought NP2A Plus 8 days ago and visited the service center 3 days ago. I explained the issue, they confirmed it, and escalated it to the Nothing team. I was given a job sheet and left my phone with them. The next morning, I received a call saying that the Nothing team reviewed the issue and said “it’s not a problem” 🫨
I then reached out to Flipkart, since they offer a 7-day replacement window for defective products. I submitted the job sheet and was told my issue should be resolved by December 10th. Today’s December 8th, so we’ll see what happens. Honestly, if Nothing continues to produce cheap quality products, even if they look cool and provide a good user experience, I’m not sure they’ll last long.
