I have heard that Nothing phones offer great Battery life & bought the new Phone 2a Plus with the same expectations but I guess this phone is not optimised yet Bcoz it doesn’t have a good Battery life , it has a screen on time of around 5.5 hrs which I think is less compared to even Phone 2a. Please provide software updates to optimize this device

    Yes I think that’s true I recently bought a nothing phone 2a and have a battery life of about 8 hours while playing games and watching YouTube and so on. Sometimes it lasts even longer. I guess it would depend on the types of apps you use. I saw a big difference in battery life once I switched off my additional ram option. Maybe try that?

    I have an nothing phone 2a (plus) im happy with the performance but the battery it just drain too fast. My friends own nothing phone 2a but their battery last long more than mine. I just don’t know why

      Same here. Noticed that the WIFI was consuming 90+% of the battery and screen is only around 5%. I think this phone is really not optimized yet.

        I have bought nothing phone 2a plus few days ago but I only get battery sot of 5 to 5.5 hours is only with me or any other face problem with it as I do not do play games on it

        Plz impove battery for nothing phone 2a plus if it not only my problem the idel drain is more also with wifi and without it

          This happens after updating latest September update.My phone’s battery is performing very poorly. This happened after the September update. Now the battery health is 93%. I am barely getting 4-5 hours of screen on time. Very poor update by nothing.

            I purchased my phone on 2 October and on 3 October I can see the battery capacity. It didn’t last for long time. I thought that its the problem with my phone only but after viewing the review I found out that nothing 2a plus battery doesn’t last for long.

            Please provide a better solution for this..

              LuvrajKohli Hey! Just wanted to check up on whether the battery life has improved for you or not? I have bought a 2a plus as well and I’ll have to say I’m not satisfied with the battery at all 🫤

                  Nothing 2a plus 12GB RAM and 256GB ROM model Battery drains very fast even using nothing official charger still have to optimise the phone, when in idle it’s also consuming lot and it’s not giving battery drain time as promised. Please look into this problem Im facing alot since from 1st day of mobile usage.

                  I’ve just bought the 2a Plus 12/256 version but I’m confused which is the best charger to go for. I had assumed that the battery if this would be same as that of 2a, but it seems something is different in 2a Plus. There are online reviews of Samsung 25w fast charger which was suggested for 2a and I thought it would be okay for 2a Plus as well. But now I’m thinking I might go with the Nothing 45w or CMF 65w charger. What are the suggestions here?
