Hey I would like to tell you my battery problem it drains very quickly 😭 after full charge continuously using of 5hrs it come to 25 to 30 percent 😭😭😭

3.0 Update made the battery much worse now. It cant even last the day anymore. 1 hour of screen on time and about 9 hours off and it’s down to 30%.

Thirty percent with 1hr SoT. My previous phone with a lower capacity could do better than that (5 year old, non-5G Galaxy A51 with 4000mah). Customer service hasnt been able to help either. This is clearly a software issue since it gets very noticably worse every update.

KhushiGupta_STuWXrJzWx I am my 2a plus getting good battery health 🔋 on purchasing to still now bcz I am following some tips mentioned battery utility tips on feedback help on phone .I think check your battery 🔋 cycles may be your using battery percentage less than 20% that you you battery perform very low.try to maintain above 20% and chargeing end less then 90% it helps to increase your battery good health

      It seems like after updating to PS3 my 2a Plus device is experiencing worse battery performance. Before the update, I used to get around 9 hours of screen-on time, but now, with the same usage pattern, it’s only 5 hours. Something is definitely wrong.

      I’ve never really read this thread since I bought my 2a plus on Dec. 13, 2024 until now. I realized that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue of not having a good battery life – because I thought everyone here will just be bragging about their SOT that is more than 8 hours or so (or whatever what was being advertised). I’m only getting 5-6 hrs SOT – just like the majority who have commented here. I’m an 80-20% battery phone type of user (sometimes 70-20%) to protect my battery health – with normal usage ( I don’t play any games) but have always had poor battery performance since Day 1. My previous Oppo phone was way better than this which also had 5,000 mAh battery and I had it for almost 5 years with great battery life. I love this phone’s performance overall and I don’t regret switching to Nothing – but in terms of battery of my 2a plus, it is quite disappointing.

      P.S. - I’m on OS 3.0 for over a week now and the system upgrade has not improved battery life at all.

        My new Nothing 2a plus phone bought in Flipkart India, mic was not working and battery draining fast from start using the phone, at first I didn’t use the phone much as I was on my leave and stayed in home most of the time,  I noticed that the caller cannot hear me on the second week of the usage, so I took it to the Mumbai service centre. They replaced the mic, but I also told them the battery performance was poor and asked for a replacement. The service team disagreed and only replaced the mic. Now, the battery lasts 7-8 hours only as the phone is promoted to 15-16hours of screen time.

        Now I notice the network also giving a problem as on the call the network slowing down, As the name suggests, the Nothing Phone is nothing when it comes to customer service. I regret choosing this phone and I believe it was a biggest mistake I made. I really don’t know what to do now.

        LuvrajKohli yea i also noticed greater battery drain on my 2a after updating to OS 3.0
        Its software issue and most likely they will fix it in upcoming update

          I bought nothing 2a plus 3months ago and also bought original 45watt charger in starting it consumed normal battery but after update the battery is dropping so fast even after very slight normal usage, pl help me out guys

          I bought the Term_0 Phone 2a+ in January … I am very satisfied with the battery life. I load it up with an anchor 20W power supply. I use the function on the device that 4G is used if 5G is not available: D here in the country very, very helpful.

          I’m facing battery issues with my Nothing Phone 2a Plus too. It isn’t giving me an SOT of more than 4.5-5 hrs on basic usage like using social media apps, watching YouTube for 45 mins-1 hour and say a 45 mins VC. I expected at least a 7-8 hours of SOT

          LuvrajKohli the battery drain in my phone 2a plus is also so much… i csnt even get over with my day of light usage it drains like anything… it’s so sad… pls they should Rectify this is new update

              I bought nothing 2a plus at the beginning of the year and everything was fine but from the beginning of the week the battery started to drop quickly, does anyone know why I doubt it’s because of the battery condition
