There are a few things you could try to narrow down the culprits.

Try restarting the phone
Apply any updates that may be pending
Clear clock app cache
Boot into safe mode to see if the alarm still appears. If it doesnt then this indicates a third party app is responsible for this alarm. You can check some of your apps to see if there is any indication of an alarm/schedule. You can also check which apps have permission to use your clock to narrow it down further.

What is this clock symbol on the lock screen? I am getting irritated by it and no, it is not any alarm or calendar event. It periodically changes time and I don’t what does it denote or how can I remove it

My lockscreen is showing wrong alarm time even though I have set different time. Wrong alarm time is being shown on lockscreen as well as on notification panel too. What to do ?

This could be a bug. Firstly i would recommend restarting your phone or clearing the clock app cache to see if that clears it. Otherwise i recommmend checking other apps, calendar, emails etc just to see if there is an event that could be triggering this.

If these suggestions dont work then i recommend checking out the OS Feedback Form or head to Settings > System > Feedback.

BohdanDukhevych Im also having this kinda problem. It kept renewing every 30 minutes although there is no alarm set at that moment. Nothing Phone 3a.

oliver_cQEGB5mRLs check for apps that require permission for calendar. disable it in app info under permisssions. i aslo had this issue when i was using healthify app
