Collaboration with iFixit to offer official guides and parts for Nothing Phones

So one thing I really want to see in the near future is the collaboration with an online self repair guide like iFixit to offer official guides on repairing the phone yourself and being able to buy the parts for your phone, as well as software tools that help with getting the phone working normally after swapping out things like the screen. I feel like getting this step ahead of time and as soon as it launches will provide a sense of good will with Nothing and a great step ahead of their competitors to show their dedication to sustainability. I would really love to be able to buy official screens, batteries, phone screen adhesives (that have been cut to size and are on a piece of sticker paper to help with aligning), and other miscellaneous breakable parts or parts that ware down to either keep on hand or until my warranty runs out so I can repair it myself with ease.

Surely Fix guide (reference repair guide) would help users and technicians when repair time comes, but it would be good to have rich guides on phone usage and OS (user manuals) too.
I have checked 2a plus guide and its really minimal

I would recommend checking out Nothing’s sustainability report, on it (page 19) they do mention they are keen to release tutorials and parts to help with self-repair! No news on when exactly them might be in a position to launch something like this, but it’s one of the goals

Hi everyone

I had a fairphone that just crashed / i had to change the core module twice within three years…

And ìm really interested in the Nothing 2a but am just a bit concerned about whether it can be easily repaired. I live in France and i don’t see any shops having any info on the phone and spare pieces (i’m talking of stuff not covered by the warranty)
