Phone 1 slow to wake up

I am using phone 1, it is working fine in every aspect. However it has suddenly stopped waking up when it gets locked. I need to tap screen several times and also after pressing power key several it still does not wake up.. Even the fingerprint sensor does not activate as it should be.. Any suggestions what could have gonewrong..

anishchandran try backup your data then reset if possible. If something is wrong then it will solve. If this doesn’t work you can reach the service center

yeahhh, I faced this issue. but I did restart then I dont face it anymore. idk what fixed it. I have ph1 as well.

I did restart a lot of times but it didn’t get resolved 😕

it happens also on phone 2, then again, my xiaomi did the same also when using tap to show lock screen. My the last resort is to select lift to show lock screen. Works like a charm every time.
