Shamanth_Rao Not sure if my phone restarts or not but everyday (or most of the days) as I wake up the phone asks for PIN to login and my watch is disconnected and it acts as bootup so I’m guessing phones been restarted. Can someone advice what’s causing this??
megatomic Shamanth_Rao This is happening to my phone also, I just submitted a ticket to Nothing Support actually. If we can fix it I’ll post here again so you can do the same thing. If we can’t fix it I guess it’ll have to go back. 😒
Maxishappy Can you start a timer from a specific hour than take note of the time you started it. Do your normal things and the next day see at how much time the timer is to see when it restarted. Do this a couple of times and if you see a pattern look at charging/battery stats
megatomic Maxishappy That would be a good idea but it happens randomly to my phone. Just this morning it happened 3! times. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.
Maxishappy megatomic okay, maybe try to dig into settings app to find some schedule or any weird power usage in battery settings. Because if the device is pulling to much power it can’t handle it and shuts off
megatomic Maxishappy Nothing Launcher is the highest power consumer followed by Threads. My settings were all custom set by me after doing a factory reset and not copying settings/data from my old device. It should be okay…
Maxishappy megatomic you can set nothing launcher to not run in the background so it consumes less power. But I am uncertain if that is going to fix your issue maybe contact nothing support.

megatomic The problems with my (2a)+ have expanded to it hard powering down. I have to hold the power button for many seconds to get it to turn back on when that happens. My support ticket was updated to include that problem as well. Log files have been shared to Nothing support for both issues.

megatomic Shamanth_Rao I did submit logs from my phone and the result is that they need to physically inspect the device. I guess the problem isn’t due to a software bug. I opened my case from the Nothing website. https://us.nothing.tech/pages/contact-support

megatomic _anmark_eh working Nothing tech support they requested me to send mine in for evaluation. Their solution was to keep the device and to refund me. 💔
