Visited Nothing Exclusive Service Centre in Bangalore. Had a great experience with the staff over there. They analysed my swipe-up gesture issue by running some in-built diagnostic tools within my device. Issue is due to the thick tempered glass screen protector on my display. Touch inconsistency was not related to Nothing OS 2.6 or any hardware malfunction. This visit saved me from factory reset and repeat phone setup work.

Is it Ghost touch issue??? Or Software

Oh yeah, I was pleasantly surprised by Nothing customer service and complimented their store staff. Their email tech support was also pretty fast and responded to my emails within 24 hours.

I hope they maintain the same level of after-sales support in future as well (which will give us more confidence regarding this emerging brand).

Nothing exclusive service centre in Bangalore is located at Indiranagar. You can search it on the web. Take your phone, bill and box for warranty claim.

Narasareddy Change the tempered glass to branded ones like Gadgetshieldz, Nothing Official Screen protector or Spigen. This will mostly solve the touch sensitivity issue. I opted for Gadgetshieldz (pack of 2) and problem resolved successfully. Got my phone Display tested by nothing exclusive service centre in Bangalore.

praveengspk if it is tempered glass issue. Why other brand phones like samsung not having issue. My samsung mobile gesture is working fine with tempered glass.

In Samsung OS, there is an option to adjust the touch sensitivity level when you are using a thick tempered glass. Unfortunately, such an option is not there in Nothing OS. So, either you have to opt for a thin tempered glass or go for a plastic skin. I too had never faced this issue before even in my budget range Android phones.
