Today I had to use my APP password to login to Nothing Community whereas I had another password that worked previously. I use a password manager for logins. Maybe there’s a conflict?
When I login to Nothing Community I have to verify with one of those systems where you have to click on photos e.g. ones with bicycles to traffic lights. I guess it is for a good security reason but it is a pain. If not for security, can it be avoided?
Does the watch app and Nothing Community link somehow? I had a seven-character accepted once but later a popup said I had to have an eight-(minimum)-character password. This, together with my first paragraph above has me confused.
Now, to confuse me more, I have just used my password keeper to login again to test the Watch APP password worked. It caused the familiar “Please enter email & password” to appear with the big red [Login] button which I clicked and which was accepted, and I did not get the verification thing.
On the page that opened, even though I was logged in, it showed please login instead of my username/nickname,user ID or similar.
