As mentioned above discolouration of clear phone cases is in relation to oils and sweat from your hands that transfer to the case, even if you do wash your hands 😉 I’d contact support and discuss with them as it has only been 10 days, as Diljeet says, this seems abnormal. In the future, I’d recommend also cleaning the case (without the phone in it) on a regular basis to avoid discolouration.
I always thought the Nothing official accessories were of a high standard, my transparent Phone (1) case was hard wearing with no discolouration over a period of 1yr.
