BSNL sim is not working: Phone (1)

In my mobile nothing 1 BSNL sim was not working, I have tried all the possibilities by restarting the mobile, switch on and off the flight mode , By changing network settings to 5g to 4g to 3g also , at last I have reset my BSNL sim network settings also.. Then also it is not working please give me the solution of this as soon as possible.

NOTE:

While I have spoken with BSNL customer care they said sim was in active only, telling that in mobile only have issues.

I can give you some basic troubleshooting tips but, I’d suggest doing 2x things on top of this. If possible; get another BNSL sim (or any extra sim) and try it as a dual sim. Also Failing that be sure to reach out to Nothing Support online or via reporting the issue by going to your phones Settings > System > Feedback.

Additional steps I’d take:

Restart phone

Make sure you’re up-to-date

Remove and reinsert sims (test alternative slots)

Reset your settings

Reset your device

Lol it might be a bsnl signal issue, even I ported my SIM to BSNL and it has the worst network coverage to be honest.

You can use nperf app from Play Store or their website as well to check your signal strength around your surroundings. It has much detailed information.

Please use this app or website to check the coverage and based on that update your mobile settings (i.e 3G/4G)
