Nothing phone (1) vibration problem

I have the phone for 2 days and I sow yesterday that the vibration didn’t work, and sense then I tried everything that they sad on the blog but nothing works, now I send a message to the nothing services and I am waiting for a response . Anyone with the same problem ?

Have you contacted Nothing support is there any response from I’m also facing same issue

I have bought it 2nd hand vendor I have bought they said it’s update issue

Problem will be solved after next update below is attachment is my os details
