Hey mate. Have you tried disconnecting and re pairing the earphones? Tried to see whether you get the same experience on another device? Or, even reset the headphones in the Soundcore app? Do you get the same experience with a pair of non-soundcore BT earphones if you have a pair?
This sounds like a latency issue, you might want to consult Soundcore in the first instance, speak with their support. It might be due to the codecs that are supported by the Soundcore earphones. There’s also Nothing support but, I’d start with Soundcore first.
