Always On Display (AOD)

Why don’t we have an option where we can set AOD as battery saver (or any other quirky name Nothing wants to give) where AOD will only display when phone is shaked or disturbed by gentle jerk or single tap on screen.

GauravSingla_nA1CbnUH8f There is already a “lift to wake” and “tap to wake screen” and you can always set up your lock screen with widgets/texts/shortcuts that you need. I think if you play around with those, you’ll find it very useful.

There’s been tons of options on Nothing Phones to not show the AOD, yet damn weirdos have been lieing about burn in thus causing Nothing to make the AOD go up and down the screen which makes the phones look buggy as hell and unprofessional.

I loved the phone till that started and ended up buying a Pixel 8 Pro so I can have an AOD that doesn’t move. AOD has never caused burn in on any of the many phones I’ve had.

And left screen turn on only with notifications.
