Still on 240705-1617, at this point just don’t roll out this update. NOS 3.0 will be here soon anyway. Delaying the update by a month is not cool.

Everyone who hasn’t received the update yet, I was in the same boat, so I went to play around in settings and got it.

Settings>about phone>android version>Google play system update.

After you do that update, check for the nOS update. Worked for me, might work for you

    OviGarry Got the update a few hours back and finished installing it 10 mins ago. Everything seems to be fine so far.

    Will test the battery performance for the next couple of days to see if there’s any difference.

    After the update i am getting lower max sound when using wired headphones. It was MUCH louder and now it’s like 60% of the old sound, anyone else having this problem?

    Oh really. They’re not being very helpful to be honest. They keep asking for a purchase date. But I’m on contract and in turn don’t own the device.

    Network provider are saying it’s a manufacturer issue. So don’t seem to be getting anywhere.

    It has kinda leveled out a bit. It’s not happening as much. But I can’t even do the update. So god knows how I’m supposed to sort this.

    Certainly won’t be buying a nothing phone again. Nor any nothing products.

      Hey JoshRiggs, the support team needs any proof of purchase that shows the date you bought your Phone (1). Even if it was through a contract, O2 should have given you a receipt outlining what you were paying for and receiving.

        Yeah I’m sure they did. Nearly 18 months ago. Unsure where it is and not sure what I can use as an alternative

          JoshRiggs You can try downloading it from the O2 website, or alternatively, you could reach out to O2 support and request that they resend it to you.
