I’ve encountered an issue when enabling the high-quality audio mode. Whenever I switch to this mode, I notice a persistent crackling sound that disrupts the listening experience. This issue doesn’t occur in the standard audio mode, which makes me think it might be related to the higher bitrate or enhanced processing.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, are there any known fixes or troubleshooting steps I can try? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey mate, here’s a few troubleshooting tips but, if it doesn’t work, I’d suggest logging a ticket with CMF Support here https://cmf.tech/en-gb/pages/support-center as they’ll be able to guide you if the item is faulty. Here are some troubleshooting tips:

Are you running the latest software?

Have you tried switching out the earbuds to a smaller/bigger size to test?

Have you tried resetting the headphones in the Nothing X app?

Have you testing this across multiple devices and is this consistent?

Is this occurring across every app? At any volume?

Literally facing the same issue. Only happens when I’m in an area with a lot of phones nearby
