Hi I have had my nothing phone 1 for over a year now and have absolutely love it, but in the last week I noticed that if I connected to Bluetooth (which i use for most of the day) it would randomly disconnect, I haven’t had this problem before and wondered if anyone had a solution.

I have the same experience with Huawei Band 7 and NP2. Disconnects for no reason if phone is over 2-3 meters away.

I too faced same issue.. The culprit is battery optimizer. Just change battery optimisation setting for Bluetooth app and Bluetooth MIDI app to unrestricted it will resolve the issue. Hope it helps.

I have NP2 since August 2023 And I think since January I have issue with connection to earbuds. When I have phone in my pocket And moving, BT has glitches and I can’t hear 1 song continusly. The same issue is with my Garmin watch. Still on and off. I already try to switch Midi BT And BT app to unrestricted and everything is same.

Since the latest update has been rolled out, I’m sadly experiencing serious problems with Bluetooth connectivity on my Nothing Phone (1). Connections to basically all my Bluetooth devices (speakers, earbuds, bicycle computer) randomly stops from time to time, but at least one time after 1-2 minutes of being connected. The phone then reconnects after a few seconds if I’m lucky. At the same time, I also got the problem of Spotify stopping sound output that others described.

I really love this phone, but this issue is driving me mad currently.

I am a happy with all the features of Nothing phone 1 it’s a been year now and phone is working as smooth as on day 1. The main thing about the phone which is bothering me is the Bluetooth of the phone. I try to start the Bluetooth but it does not get started even after restarting the phone & this issue is really troubled some as you can’t hear or watch anything on your phone
