Bad repair service

The Nothing repair service is really a joke. You send your phone in because of back cover and frame damage, and the package almost gets lost. Then you get a bill for €360 because they want to force a new display and camera on you. They bombard you with seven identical emails saying that “the frame and display cannot be replaced separately” only to send your unrepaired phone back in a Huawei box. Service? More like pure chaos!

I hope they’d be able to pick this up and escalate (if needed).

I have gone through same. no one picks up the call. then they want to keep phone there for a week , they said they will check for part and stuff. its all coz thats 3rd part vendors. even when I called the care they told me to visit the nearest center.
