My NP2 has had touch issues from day one, but it seems to be getting worse. Lately, if the phone is laying flat I can not wake it by tapping. If the phone is awake and laying flat it has no touch response at all at times and then only if pressed hard repeatedly. I have to pick it up to use it but even then some presses do not register.
Their customer support is useless too as all they respond with is the usual cop out of “ensure firmware and security patches are up to date and/or restart the phone” and then stop responding. I regret buying this phone. In retrospect it was a bad gamble investing in a new company.
