AlsonTang Anyone experiencing ANC issues lately? I have my Noice Cancellation set to High, the right earbud works perfectly fine, but for some reason the left earbud is still picking up noise like it’s on transparency mode. But when set to Adaptive mode it’s not as noticeable.

AlsonTang Ujjawal_02 Did it, still the same, the left earbud still picking up noise while right one is isolating it. Quite uncomfortable actually
pgbyztkmfr Try the factory reset, something like putting the earbuds back and hold the button for 10sec, wait for 3 red light flashes and pair again.
