I was just updating my phone apps still it overheated so much the ambient temperatures are also low. It also heats up while charging.

    Have you updated the Nothing Phone (2) recently? Have you checked whether there’s any apps using excessive battery? If you’ve updated recently the phone might still be settling into the update and might need to settle into.

    If any apps are overusing battery I’d uninstall and reinstall them.

    I’d suggest backup/resetting.

    Failing that contact Nothing Support.

    From your phone go to Settings > System > Feedback.

    Have tried everything,i did reset my phone 2 but still it heats like crazy while charging i use the samsung 25w pd charger it heats like 40-42°C under fan and room temperature around 30. Ordered the orginal CMF By nothing 65w charger hoping that after using orginal one my phone shouldn’t heat up while charging. Had a doubt like is there any possibility that i have recieved a defective unit which does not have the thermal paste applied?😅, does anyone here know anything about this or is facing something similar?

      My cmf 65 w charger got delivered still it heated like 43°C whats going on why is it heating so much while charging 😭
