NothingTushar13 Hey buddy, try calibrating the battery. It should improve its health. Mine was at 4400, but after calibration, it’s now at 4500. I’ve been using it for 8 months with mixed usage. Just a note: this isn’t an iPhone, which has iOS well optimized for battery life. My friend uses a iphone 14 Plus and claims to get 12 hours of screen-on time.

In short, let the battery goes to zero, top it up full and use normally till again battery drops to zero. Now top up and keep on charging for an extra hour. That’s it.

I didn’t get the vivid mode and battery health options and cmf watch battery health indicator updates on my phone 2….

Bro battery is draining, I’m getting just 5hrs 40 mins of SOT with 10% battery left with moderate useage

The hell is this company. Again this battery drain issue is back and it’s so frustrating. It looks like I am using a 5 year old phone where battery is not holding anymore. Guys flood them with message with the feedback form.

Absolutely no battery issues here. Still have another 34% left on it for good measure. I’ve truly been surprised by this phones battery so far on the contrary to all the other issues everyone else seems to be facing on here.

Sid See this. Only 39% left. Battery was perfect in 2.5.6. I don’t know but they tweaked something and hence this outcome. Idle drain is too much.

PS - I am not a heavy user.

Edit: And below is their reply on mail.

How old is your device btw? Mine is only 2 months old right now. Also, I tend to charge mine once a day either in the morning or night regardless if the battery is empty or full so perhaps that’s why I’m not aware of the drain happening on stand-by.

Seems like your best option is to get a battery replacement or phone replacement from the service centre if nothing else works. They’re probably going to to send you down a wild goose chase trying to come up with a dozen ways to blame you but that’s the norm with every service centre in India these days.

Sid My device is only a year old. The battery health is good. There is a way through other apps to determine the total charge discharged by a battery in a full charge cycle to determine the battery health. Just like Apple does it. Similarly if you notice the discharge rate you can see the battery drain unnecessarily. Something is discharging my battery and it happened just after the update. I know that resetting my device will fix it. But why shall I reset my device when it is Nothing’s fault. It is a lot of work. My 7 year old Apple iPad never needed a reset to fix things and it is still going smooth. Infact I shall reset my Apple device only when I will sell it. I precisely bought Pei’s device for software and his team is not keeping up the experience. 😒

Hello, someone resolved the battery draining problem after the update to Nothing OS 2.6, I have Nothing Phone (2) and after night from 40-30% I have 20-15% of battery. Does anyone have this problem, some update will come soon to fix the battery draining, it’s so annoying. I use an 65W charger from Baseus and before this update everything works fine, so the charger don’t have any problem! Thanks and have a nice day!

I use hotspot all day, that seems to drain the battery quite significantly…it drops 60% of charge on 10 hours of continuous hotspot and 2-3 hours of SoT. But i guess it’s normal, is it?
