Fr4nKB I brought your app and it is amazing. Only thing what I think is missing is the option for example to make new extential for specific person in WhatsApp or Telegram.

At overall your app is very helpful. 😊

If you set the app on one glyph and their contact on another, you will get a unique two glyph pattern for them.

Obviously there are not enough glyphs for everyone in your whole contacts list, but I have done this for the three members of my immediate family.

Fr4nKB bro there is another bug in this new update, when my phone is not in charging(plugged in)then also the charging meter is showing and when I try to turn it off by the slide button it still happens ,,pls fix this bug

Carl Major props to the dev, this is a huge compliment! Thank you so much for your work Carl, NOTHING has honestly made my experience with tech enjoyable and organic for once. Are you actively using Glyphify?

@Fr4nKB , I have this one suggestion for the app if you like to implement it ofc. Make the notification of the app clickable, so that whenever a user clicks on the notification that says “Making glyphs useful again”, they are able to open the app. Searching for the app in the drawer is fine too, but the above mentioned method is way more user friendly I suppose 🫢😉

jonahls I haven’t tried myself but user on NOS3 have reported that it works!

SaunavDas Will look into it. One quetion though, does the glyph interface remain on in a static way (like freezed) or the charging meter animation is displayed all over again?

        RedSkul×HYDRA Done!😉

Fr4nKB no it doesn’t not stay freezed it shows the battery as normal and goes away,it only shows the meter when the phone is shaked (when not plugged in),and also I restarted my mobile so the bug is not showing again but it shows some time also.

Buddy I just bought the app for the charging meter feature and Just noticed that the volume of the Battery charges alarm and the low battery alarm are fixed and doesn’t change as I change my notification sound. Is this a bug of there’s something that I am missing.

And even sometimes the app don’t even the play the sound or work in the background

And how to remove this glyphify is used in background as if I set it to restricted mode the app won’t function

Hardik you need to adjust the alarm volume and not the notification one. The app needs to constantly stay in background for it to work, so by setting it to restricted you will encounter problems and it will be less reliable.

But I don’t really like that promt 1 active app

What do we do to our country and do not have the ability to download from Google Play? Where to download the app?

Fr4nKB I just downlaoded the app, let me use it for some time i would let you know how it is in the mean time. Bonus point: First time paid for a app 🙂

              Hi

I receive following crash report after I try to play the new glyphify based on some music file. The notifications work fine for example when receiving email. The music part seems to have some problem. This happened after upgrading to 2.1.

rannari please write to glyphify.help@gmail.com and we’ll continue there, I’d like to keep this thread clean

EDIT: many users are reporting this crash, I accidentally left some duplicated code in the last release. Since I need to publish a fix, I’ll take the occasion to also introduce the support for (2a) Plus since @SebiAi has found a solution for this.
Sorry for the inconvenience everyone, I’ve been quite busy lately🙃

                Hi,

Is it possible to select certain categories of notifications for each app rather than all notifications for the app when setting extential notifications? I want to only have the glyph stay lit if I receive a particular notification from an app, not any notification from that app.

Also, please make an option to make the ‘charging meter’ permanent so that it’s possible to see battery level at any time, not just when charging!

jonahls at the moment is not possible, sorry.
The persistent charging meter can be implemented and has already been requested by other users, I’ll definitely include it in the future.

Hey @Fr4nKB , I’m back with another bug report (If that’s what it’s called in this case 👀)

Whenever the app is updated, the charging alarm just doesn’t work until I open the app, and hence, doesn’t play the sound upon reaching the set percentage. Because of this, I end up charging the device a lot more than my desired value 🫠

Do have a look at it if you get a chance to do so🙂↔️
