Ifihadahifi it’s not about how cheap or expensive the application is, I thought this was a project for the community by a fellow enthusiast but turns out I was wrong

VishuJaiswal A small price tag doesn’t mean I’m not an enthusiast. In fact, I haven’t felt joy in owning a smartphone since the early days of OnePlus, until now that I own both Phone(1) and Phone(2). I’m always on the forum, reading and trying to improve my app, even including options that only a few users have requested. This might not make sense from a business perspective, but it proves I’m not here for the money.

I’m also making changes to Nothing’s SDK in the hope that I can one day publish it. It’s not clear if it’s open source or not, and publishing it might get me into trouble, but I want everyone to be able to use this improved SDK for their own apps. I guess we don’t share the same definition of an enthusiast.

I truly believe this company has potential, but they aren’t exploiting it at all. If Glyphify serves as an inspiration for them one day, I think my job would be done.

Candan it does that from time to time but eventually it works like it supposed to. I haven’t been able to pinpoint the problem yet :/

Fr4nKB Not sure if Carl Pei would be happy with this price point (it should actually be free)

VireX you should swipe up a little bit more in the thread 😉

      See this comment here Carl

Let me add that you are not the one to decide the price of something that someone else made. You are completely free to not buy it though, I’m not forcing anyone.

@Fr4nKB , It would be cool if you could possibly add a qs tile for the glyph lights.

The existing widget is cool too, but with the implementation of qs, user can use nothing’s qs widget to add glyph light in any form factor. Ofcourse it’s not something essential, but it be cool if added 😉

Fr4nKB Russia has restricted the purchase of apps from Google Play. Is there an alternative way to get this app?

          6 days later

          Just released a small update:

          NEW:
🔋Cancel or postpone battery alarms using the relative status bar notification
          📱Adjustments to settings UI

          FIXES:
          🛏️Improved bedtime schedule reliability
🎚️Fixed (2a) charging meter from always showing

          RedSkul×HYDRA will look into it

nottoday no way as of right now

BehnamRahimjoo talk to Google Play Store support, I’ve made the app available for every region so the problem is not on my part

@Fr4nKB extential/essential glyhps not working since this latest update

Huzi If you are using Phone (2) with the 3.0 beta you need to activate glyph debug mode. Remember that it deactivates every 48hrs. Nothing should address this problem soon.

Otherwise I suggest to force stop the app and restart it, in the last update (and also in the next one) I made changes to better support Android 15.

            • Huzi replied to this.

Fr4nKB using phone 1. Will give the forced so a try

Fr4nKB thank you, for the price of a coffee, I support 👍 if it is possible to have the application in French that would be great, good luck

Huzi Let me know, I haven’t had any problems with my Phone(1). You could also try restarting the phone.

                • Huzi replied to this.

VireX I would like to understand the logic behind your thought 🤔.

Fr4nKB can i add charging meter to nothing phone 2a ?

Fr4nKB for the nothing phone 2a provide glyph charging meter to left vertical glyph it would be good if you provide for selecting options for all glyph it would be good

JAGGU that’s not possible since the left vertical glyph is 1 led and not multiple leds grouped to 1 like the volume indicator glyph check the GitHub code of the glyph if you still don’t understand

Fr4nKB I never got the previous versions to work. My dad has been test subject of many, many sent messages to see if, finally, it’d show up, but nothing (pun intended) seemed to work. Does version 2.0.0 bring actual functionality to the application? Preferably for WhatsApp. Like any other normal human being, I prefer WhatsApp over messages by a long run.
