I came to Nothing after around 10 years with Xiaomi/Redmi/Poco phones and i really happy with the move i did,

I like the clean OS I missed it terribly, i like the customization of colors and widgets, minimal design, It’s just feel right to use the device like Nothing.

And what your’s story?

Arrived from Realme and immediately my reaction was here I rest finally a stable good android OS. If this nothing 2A dies never coming back to android

I dont really like to change devices I use one phone for at least like 5 years or so. coz moving data and all is pain for me. plus getting used to new device takes time. I was on samsung before. I will switch to other phone by time when android 17 will come or so. works well for me. I wasnt looking for new phone coz all phones are SO BIG, I like handy phones more. I was gonna go for pixel 6 but then nothing came, didnt give a thought on it after seeing carl and the OS and all. happy with whole decision.

Coming from Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, the A13 update killed it’s motherboard so I had to daily drive my 13 which I did not like because there is no PowerAmp for IOS plus no Lossless Codecs on it for bluetooth. So I bought a Phone (2) and I gotta say! One of the best decision honestly because unlocking it’s BL is easy and along with rooting(I use USB Sample Rate Unlocker)! Clean OS and close to stock Android, Better Battery, and yep… no deadly updates!

Came from a redmi device, ran custom roms and great gcam support. So everything was exceptionally good except for processing power. Nothing seemed nice. And it is,except for the camera. It’s stable and smooth, doesn’t require much tinkering to daily it. If the camera improves significantly I’ll stick with Nothing or I’ll switch to another device like Xiaomi 14s and Vivo X100s of the world cause 🤷🏽‍♂️love taking photos bro.

Anonymous297 Man i used poco f1 for 6 months then i got myself iphone se2 used it for 1 month and sold it now I’m on 2a but the main issue is that in low brightness levels the display flickers and when the phone is on always on display it causes a screen burn please reply and help me or tell me if you’ve faced an issue like that please bro I’m very worried my phone is only 2 days old!

vovan-v very similar, I had Xiaomi/Poco phones and was tired of miui, especially lot of popping up advertisements, sticked to system apps.

I came from Samsung. Missing a lot of features like

        1. Universal search
        2. One hand operation+ (ubikitouch is a good alternative)
        3. Modes and routines
        4. Gallery app & tags feature.

Had Huawei, considered iPhone. Found Nothing as I felt like it gave me iPhone style hardware, with an edge, a growing ecosystem and, amazing software. Haven’t looked back!

So I was on the Google Pixel train, but then I thought I’d give the Nothing 2a a go. It seemed super unique to me as a tech lover, and I really liked its clean OS. I also appreciate how transparent they are and that they listen to their audience. However, my biggest gripe is that it’s not very smooth; it has these annoying microstutters and sometimes feels a bit choppy, even when it’s not overheating. And let’s be real, the camera’s AI processing isn’t that impressive either. Hopefully, they’ll sort it out with an software update!

          I came from Xiaomi.

Of course the design, the hardware and the software of Nothing are pretty cool, but for me the main reason to switch was the idea of growing together with the company. Started with Nothing OS 1 and by the end of the year we’ll see Nothing OS 3 and I love to see this development 😊

"I’ve just passed 12th grade, and this is my first smartphone—Nothing Phone 2a. When I passed 12th, I had the choice to buy any phone up to 30,000 INR, and I chose the Nothing Phone 2a. But this has been the worst decision of my life. I wish I had bought a Samsung phone instead. This will be my first and last phone from the Nothing company.

Coming from POCO X4 GT. Tbh i downgrade a few things such as charging speed, chipset performance and 3.5mm audio jack. But the user experience when using Nothing OS made it worth to change to Nothing 2a. Feels a lot clean and smooth using Nothing OS compared to MIUI especially no bloatware or ads. So far, i love my 2a a lot!

harshit009 well, my phones background is pitch black , I did it for battery saving and save my phone from pixel burning. my brightness is always on 5 or 10% inside. I dont like bright screens. I never used AOD in my whole as well. and from what you mentioned, I never faced any issues like that.

I came from a Redmi note 7 that i bought in 2019 and I’m really happy of chosing the nothing phone 2a as my new phone.

vovan-v I’ve had a lot of smartphones lately, but I switched from OnePlus)) I love it madly Nothing Phone 2, in particular its system, Nothing Os is so good 🤤

I came to Nothing November 2023 my first product is Ear 2 after that i bought in April 2024 NP2@ and I’m really very happy and excited of chosing the nothing phone 2a as my new phone from One Plus Nord N100.
