Flipkart not accepting return policy

Flipkart accepted my replacement. I love Flipkart and nothing for their service.

In Flipkart, there is no return policy in most of the electronic products buddy. They have changed their policies . Now they offer only ‘7 day service center replacement policy’. You can refer to this if you want clarification on this

Hey mate, I’d contact support to see if there’s anything they can although, because the vendor was Flipkart they might not be able to help, it is worth a try though

PranavDeora Uhmmmm. Then it’s not possible that you got the product in your hands. Coz in the ‘open box delivery’ the product can only be handed over to the customer only after you’re satisfied and you must share a OTP which would be sent on spot by the delivery agent. The situation which you have shared so becomes impossible coz if the delivery agent has ignored the OTP, then the order would show as ‘Out for delivery’ and not ‘Delivered’. Please explain your problem clearly, whether it’s your concern on having that product or any problem with the delivery agent side.

they wont take the return as per the policy , you have to visit center within 7 days ig. plus you cant order and return electronic product and return it. I am not sure what is the reason you want to return. why you want to return? you got damaged product?
