The Nothing OS3.0 is great, but we need the dotted font back which is missing. I think need more battery optimisation. Battery draining soon.

Camera colour accuracy is good now, I think front camera need more optimization for quality, it’s not look like a 32mp camera, selfie cam need some quality optimization.

Otherwise okk, and waiting for the Nothing galary in official OS3.0 release.

I have been using the beta update and there are some problems with the network, it’s having some trouble catching 5g signal most of the time.

In 2.6 it was working fine.

And pls bring back the nothing dot font this one actually sucks.

You’re right, wo nned to use the cellphone to watch Netflix, disney or use an Esim to call when you are abroad… I can’t believe people still use cellphone for such this things…

    This thread is to share your os3 beta experience but all i see is some users crying harder & harder as to why their model didn’t got it first as they are premium users🤣. If the explanation by nothing as to why, didn’t go through your head then by all means I say “cry harder”🫡

    Current I am using nothing is 2.6 and I request nothing to bring connection management in wifi hotspot in nothing is 3. Where we can see connected devices and block them.

        really miss the function of turning off the screen by touching the lock screen (not the home screen). I turned it on, looked at the notifications and information on the lock screen, and now I need to turn off the screen; I have to use the button.

        Some banking apps like Yes bank Iris and RBL my card just not opening after the 3.0 beta update. Nothing people want me to visit the service center 😭

          Running smooth so far, I think tht the battery drain issue is gone. ( For now )

            Some Issues i found with Nothing OS 3.0

            1. Battery is draining very quick and the idle drain is also high(like 10 percent in an hour or so). On top of that the charging is very slow (i’m using cmf 65 w gan charger) like it takes around 3 HOURS to fully charge like seriously.

            2. Some irregularities in the UI specially when we open the control center , sometime the status bar is visible and sometimes its blank.

            3. Also i purchased this phone on 28th Sept and i find image retention issue on the status bar visible when i’m on a blank screen .

            There’s a small problem with my Phone(2a) after the Nothing os 3.0 update, it seems that the phone can’t be switched to dark mode, if dark mode is manually switched then it automatically switches to light mode as soon as the phone is turned off. I hope this problem would be resolved by the next update.

            I am enjoying the Nothing os 3.0 features quite a lot and I believe Nothing has made some useful upgrades to the experience of owning a Nothing phone. 👍

            Natalie ✨ Wonder if the problem of notification bar being continue to visible while playing game and also on call (be it normal or whatsapp or Google meet) is fixed. This problem is only in nothing phones, so seems it is related to the OS. It is very annoying to not being able to use the section of the screen and seeing that notification area which has no use while playing games.

              daniel_brown35 It is clearly mentioned it is for 2A users. Why do you try it to install it in 2a+? Also they have mentioned 2a+ users beta program will be rolled out only by December. Wait patiently buddy 🤟🏻
