I cannot add the New ear Open via the nothing X app, to be precise I can but when I click on the device to add them I got asked to do an update of the application to add it but no update available, the problem appears after I installed the 3.0 OS

Have you tried fully deleting the Nothing X app and reinstalling it or at least clear the cache and data?
Yes i tried everything that you said right now i just did a factory reset of the phone and i keep you informed if that worked or not
Maybe it is an issue with Nothing OS 3.0?

I’d advise you contact Nothing support. Have you tried connecting via the bluetooth settings vs. using the app?
Submit support requests/feedbacks via settings>system>support.

hrry In fact yes I can connect the ear Open via the Bluetooth directly but I can’t go to the equalizer settings or change if I pinch the earbud a certain amount of times the action that is does… I already contact the support waiting for an answer
