Justin No problem take as much time you wanted but please improve the camera of phone 2 and optimise the battery backup too.
It’s been a year …still waiting for better camera updates and better software optimisation reg battery life. Please take extra time also for phone 2 and work on camera algorithms, its hardware is capable of doing more but software is the issue. We want to utilise the hardware to its fullest so please work on the software.
Literally I would not update my device to Nothing OS 3.0 AS you guys removed the iconic dot font from the os… At least you should give an option to turn the dot font on or off…
It must be there in order to save ur signature touch to the OS…PLZ

Justin As you said that you rely on chipset makers to send you source code, let me tell you that Qualcomm already released its Android 15 source last month and talking about user base, phone 1 & 2 has the best online community out of all the nothing devices which includes many custom rom developers and tech enthusiasts, they can give a better technical feedback then phone 2a users

I agree with explanation but still nothing phone 2 users still waiting for basic improvement like camera and battery and its almost a year where we see significant improvements
Also if you are not able to provide update because of chipset then you should provide compensation to nothing phone 2 users as they trust in your premium product. Like provide 50% or more off to nothing phone 2 users when next version is available
Aslo you forgot about camera widget which is still not available on nothing phone 2
Good explanation, I knew that the best way to get feedback and fix any problems was to provide a beta for the best selling phone they have! Makes sense why updates don’t roll out on every device at once! People here should really look on the other side.

Whatever it is but it doesn’t make sense to stop the nothing flagship user from getting the os 3.0 update as early as the 2a people are getting . Really disappointed .
Nothing can you please improve camera quality by improve I don’t mean processing time of image .
Instead make the picture better instead of processing time
A bad process image is as good as not taking one .
Recently I went with friends for festivals and although I have a costly phone than them still had the worst image of all the phones my friends have .
Nothing please improve the image quality it really a mess and inconsistent.

Deepakpurohit You guys really amaze me, they gave you a good response to the topic which many users are complaining (without a reason) about, and they even justify with a whole topic exclusively to answers to those crybabies. They gave the users facts that the user isn’t aware of like the chipset, and you “ask them to give you a compensation”???
You are not an ambassor or anything for purchasing a high end model, you paid for better components and better experience, not for being the first one to receive the things that you want to. Your role as a costumer is as equally important as the ones with another model. Don’t be classist.
