Proximity sensor sensitivity/causing display to turn off

I founded the cause it is a third party app(n dailer) that is causing the screen to turn off when it is in the background and thanks for your support 👍

hen using the phone if the proximity sensor is covered the screen will turnoff. It causing issues while playing games in landscape mode the screen is just turning off always when my finger passing above it

Hey mate, I’d suggest that the proximity sensor is working as expected if it dimming your screen while you’re gaming.

There’s some settings you can configure like screen attention (in display > screen timeout) that might ease the problem but you should try not to cover the proximity sensor. This isn’t unique to Nothing.
