I had the Phone 1 for a year and it was great. I got the Phone 2 and had problems within a few days. I asked to return on the third day of having it and got a whole bunch of back and forth emails basically trying to delay. I finally got my return shipping label and then an email they received it back and are checking it. Now it’s been a week and no refund. Anybody have experience returning a device to Nothing?
