ManjunathMathapati Is anybody facing this issue. Everytime I open YouTube app after scrolling through 4 - 5 shorts next short doesn’t load automatically. I have to go back and forth to load the short. Any suggestion would be helpful. I tried clearing cache & data of YouTube app even uninstalled updates and reupdated the app. Post updating still facing the same issue.
hrry Hey mate, (a) Check the device is up-to-date and check mobile connection (b) Reboot your phone © Clear data/cache for the YouTube app I would also look at YouTube support https://support.google.com/youtube/ as this sounds like either a connection issue or a problem with the YouTube app rather than it being a hardware/software issue.
JoelV Yeah i dont think this is a problem of nothing. I have been having this issue for a while. If the shorts get paused ,swipe up to the previous ones , play it and then scroll down. After this it should work properly. Tell me if this works for you.
