Hey mate, have you tried a simple reboot of your device? Made sure you’re not running any intensive processes in the background (even when phone is locked).
I’d also suggest clearing data/cache for the camera app, and the launcher app to see if that helps.
Failing that, you might want to backup and reset.
And, if all of that produces no results. Contact Nothing Support via settings>system>feedback
