- What were your expectations from your time as CBO, and how did these change over your tenure?
- Now you have had 12 months in the role, what was your biggest learning and your proudest achievement?
- Biggest word (or sentence) of advice for the next CBO?
- If you had your time again, with all you have learnt, how would you have approached the role differently and how would you have approached your first day differently?

I would love to do this. I love technology and I always wanted to create something. I actually always wanted to work for apple but they would probably not hire me (literally they have millions of applicants) but I am interested in tech and design. I have designed websites, device blueprints, and several other experiences. ( I even made a whole game on Roblox) but unfortunately im 16, and not 18 
. but again i would love to help nothing and design products for them. (I actually have several prototype made) - Cheers, Evan Cook :>

Natalie sorry to say but one thing I don’t like in eligibility is the language command ( English )… it’s may be my opinion but language should not be a standard to select the community board member…. Your company is global so don’t set boundaries like language…..
NitinTewatiya Well you have to collect community feedback across various channel with English being the main language for most content.
You have to be able to listen and talk at the board meeting which is again in English
And you eventually have to produce content text/video ahead or after board meeting to let the community know about your actions.
So that’s quite a requirement
Applied today. Let’s see how it goes. Always wanted to be part of something where I can make a difference to the community and the brand itself. Fingers crossed.
Natalie I guess I will be applying in two years then. Is there any way other than this for a community member to participate in the design process kind-of in this way? Thanks
Natalie wow! just when I thought I’ve seen the best, am blown away again. A firm extending an opportunity to a participant and follower of their ecosystem. This is cool.
