Dear Team,

I would like to give suggestions for increasing sales of upcoming nothing phonse 3.

1st :-Nothing should start a program for existing nothing phone user to upgrade their phones and existing customer will get extra discount of exchange value.

2nd:- Should cost under 40000 INR in india (if you want better number of sales). We indians are very strict on the cost.

No doubt nothing has the best user experience so far and as a nothing user i want to see the company create good rapport.

I have recently decided to enter the world of nothing OS since my old phone is already in the last stage and I was wondering since there are not too many months left for the new release of nothing phone 3 if there is any kind of refund or replacement to make an update to the new version in other words, give the phone 2 and make a discount for buying the new phone 3 just like iphone does, is there something similar or is it thought to be done? Sorry if there are mistakes in my writing and thanks for your feedback.

    Gulafre as above, there is currently no trade in program available at Nothing. They’ve mentioned wanting to implement one in future, so whether one will come with Phone (3) is yet to be seen

      Nothing should consider starting an old phone exchange program with good value incentives. This way, loyal customers can trade in their old devices and upgrade to new ones, enhancing their experience while promoting sustainability.

        Saurabh Nothing are already working on this - you can read about it in the newly released 2023 sustainability report. A trade in program with a third party partner is already in place in the UK and considering the top 2025 goal is to improve circularity, and specifically mention trade in programs, I imagine they’ll be rolling it out to further countries soon.

            I have been using the entire nothing ecosystem, from the phone 2 , cmf watch 2 pro, and ear 2. I want to grab the phone 3 once it’s launched. But I wish there was an option to trade my phone 2 for a little compensation for the 3 like majority iPhone users do.

            I request nothing to provide info on whether I can trade or exchange my phone 2 for discounts on phone 3

              Great idea of trade in of phones i wish if we could have it in Israel but is no chance becouse we don’t have an official store here of Nothing products.

                    It will be good if nothing provides upgrade offer for phone 1 users for upgrading to phone 2 or 2a what are your thoughts on this ??
