I received my watch today… I like the brand but here I am extremely disappointed… nothing works, the notifications work only every other time if the application is open, the messages do not display not the contacts but only the numbers but even better the sleep tracking does not work at all… impossible to activate it manually which means that it triggers when it wants, that is to say very little… I hope that the next updates will correct this this is clearly not normal

As an older person with average eyesight I was really excited about the prospect of a SmartWatch with a large display.

Now on day 3 of CMF watch ownership.

THE FONTS ARE TOO SMALL AND NOT ALTERABLE.

It is with a deep sense of irony that such a large watchface displays /really ridiculously tiny/ text

Surely there should be a global setting to adjust font sizes?

I have seen similar comments regarding watchface /complications/ but it is as nothing to trying to read a long text notification.

Such a great product made pretty inaccessible to anybody without extremely good eyesight. Hmm.

A watch called CMF,

With a display so bright and large,

It’s a sight to behold,

And a joy to charge.

But alas, the font size,

Is so small, it’s hard to read,

You’ll need a magnifying glass,

To see what you need.

Despite this little flaw,

The watch is still a gem,

It’s a budget-friendly option,

Alot of problems straight out of the box.

Most of the basic functions do not work or sync with my nothing phone 1 .

Pretty disappointed with this so far, hopefully someone is rectifying the multiple problems with the product.

Nice watch although it doesn’t matter which notifications I select as the watch sends me notifications for EVERYTHING!, All I need is WhatsApp messages which is all I’ve selected.

Some of the watch dials are unable to be downloaded. The faces I know of are echo and dials. The option to download it is not there. Other dials work fine. I am on phone 1 if that makes any difference.

Is ANYONE from the nothing brand reading your own chat boards???? Come on seriously. Weeks of messages explaining the numerous issues of this watch and NOTHING back from you people. You send out an update that gives the option to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit but fixed absolutely NOTHING ELSE! Step tracker still DOESNT WORK. Notifications still DOESNT WORK. Watch STILL continues to disconnect from phone randomly. FIX THESE PROBLEMS OR INFORM US OF WHATS GOING ON. A “PRO” watch which can’t stay connected and can’t count steps. $10 basic fitness trackers can track steps flawlessly… DO SOMETHING TO FIX THIS! Scroll up and read message after message about this basic issues that you haven’t addressed yet. Search Youtube for video after video showing the basic issues that you haven’t addressed yet. And worse than that, you don’t even communicate that they’re being worked on. Hello everyone, I have the most important question: when will there be support for the Russian language and will there be one at all? In the phone itself, the branded font is in Russian, in Russia everyone uses watches, but without Russian language support they become inconvenient

The first thing is that the watch fails in permanent connection and disconnects every few hours.

The second thing is that the watch does not display the notifications in full and I still have to open the phone and read them in order to read them in full.

The third thing is that the sleep monitor does not work properly and does not record anything at some times or does it very imprecisely.

The fourth thing is that the name of the contacts is not displayed on the phone during the call and only the number is displayed.

The fifth thing is that in Farsi language, it doesn’t have a complete cart and it shows the letters mixed up.

And many other small things that I feel will take time to be fixed little by little because this watch is still in the early stages.

Compared to the Huawei Band that I had before this, despite the higher price, this watch has 30% usage for now. I hope that these issues will be resolved with the updates that will be made

Hi everyone!

I’ve recently become the proud owner of a CMF by Nothing Watch Pro! It works great with my Nothing Phone (1) and I’m very happy with it so far.

I do feel like there are certain software features that I’m missing when using it, and I’m gonna list them here! If anyone has any other suggestions, do add them in a reply to this thread! (Software features only)

For the Watch Pro:

  • (Double) Tap to wake

While the raise to wake is pretty reliable, it can turn on accidentally while sleeping, being quite distracting. I have it turned off for this reason. Having to press the button is okay, but it’s more ergonomic and convenient to be able to (double) tap the screen to wake the device instead.

  • Quick replies for notifications

I understand the performance constraints of the device, but I think that, if the app can process notifications before sending them to the watch, it can also use the phone’s processing power to analyse notifications and come up with a couple possible quick-replies that we could then choose on the watch when expanding a notification. That can result in having to pick up the phone less frequently, increasing convenience even more.

  • Small games

Imagine you’re on a long journey, maybe a flight or a road trip. Your phone’s battery is low, and you want to preserve it as much as possible. You’re also very bored and want to pass some time. Why not play a couple games of snake? Maybe a sudoku? 2480? I feel like these types of games could run on the Watch Pro, and while they may drain its battery quickly, I think having the option to have some fun could be nice.

  • More watch faces

This one goes hand in hand with the next section, features/improvements for the app, but I do think that we could use some more watch faces. The custom one can use some added customisability, maybe more custom widgets? As a developer myself, it would be very cool to be able to program our own watch faces and small programs to run on the Watch Pro. I know this is asking for a bit much, but a man can dream!

For the CMF Watch app:

  • Better heart rate graphs

I love the way the heart rate graph is displayed on the watch itself. Why isn’t this consistent with the app? I want the app to show me the graph from 00:00 to 24:00 regardless of the time of day! Let me zoom into it myself if I want to!

  • Dark mode please

This one is self explanatory. Maybe I’m just blind, but I can’t seem to find a dark mode setting in the app. I don’t wanna be blinded each time I wanna use it!

  • Expanding on more watch faces & games: a user-submitted watch faces / apps tab!

I’d personally like to see this one…

    Raise to wake is by far the most important. The watch would absolutely suck without that function.

    And I woul only want single tap as an alternative way to wake, definitely not double.

      GordonLutz being able to choose between raise, 1-tap & double-tap to wake is definitely the way! (Combining raise & tap is interesting as well)
