The camera remote triggers my phone’s volume…any workaround?

Someone had a problem with the watch not charging, can this be solved without changing the cable or the watch itself?

Need option to block Bluetooth ids. lot of anonymous paring request appear while wearing the watch and it is frustrating

I have been using Watch Pro for a while, I love the visual design and simplicity, but the great design is when basically functionality is supported by the visual face. Here are some proposals to improve the UX to shift it to the perfect:

1. Improving fitness data presentation
   I am no big fitness fan, but one of reasons to buy a smart watch is to track my health condition. I also own Xiaomi Smart Band 8 and I must say that the representation of the fitness data is now far away from yours. That is pitty, because when I switched to Watch Pro, the integrated GPS looked very promising. Now I see that the potential is not even half used. Sincerely, I would expect a little bit more data about my activities than this (by the way, what is not_set and what kind of information is 18.99km/h?):
   
   I would suggest track speed analysis in the map with a heatmap, heart bpm graph and so on. This is too general for me, sorry. Also it would be great to add support for connecting to Strava or other apps.

2. Improving localization
   I am very glad that you added suuport for the Czech language, thank you. However, your specific dotted font is not prepared for it. There are still some characters with diacritics missing:
   

   If you needed a help, I could help you with adding the support to the font (it depends on the license of the font, of course).
   Also, I would appreciate a support of 24 hour format in watch faces (no AM or PM) and localized day names (or its shortcuts)

3. Tap to wake
   Here I just join the others in asking for such feature. Quick and easy way how to check the main dial.

4. Find the phone feature

   I am sorry, but when you start a tool to find your phone on your watch and there is a message “Connect to your app”, it looks really stupid. I am finding the phone, I do not know where it is, so it is quite a problem to connect it to the app.

Hi,

I just purchased my cmf Watch Pro and connected it to the “CMF Watch” Android app. I found an update and did it.
After that, it freezes, can’t connect the watch to any kind of mobile phone, and can’t control it, the only option available is to restart it by holding the power key.

Any help?

Hello, I have the Watch Pro for a few weeks now and I’m noticing that it is very inaccurate. I’ve used a huawei Band 6 and a Gym Heart monitor and the watch reports almost half the heartrate compared to the huawei and the gym monitor.

Why they don’t care about the horrible software state of their product?

CMF Watch Pro’s software support is worse than cheap Chinese clones of wearable devices. Watch Pro for $70 cannot provide basic features like step history.

They couldn’t even release all of the community watch faces after 2 months of waiting.

When will CMF and Nothing start doing anything to improve the situation with the software part of Watch Pro?

They wont.

They are already Working on the Pro2 .

We are nothing more than pigeons and they have taken advantage of our copium and fanboyism.

And yes, the software support is worse than what you get from a generic non brand watch.

If you get Xiaomi or Huawei even though they are Chinese, the software support is top notch. Not really the same BS as CMF.

After fiddling through the CMF app I figured that the notification for CMF watch being off is why music controls don’t work on the watch.

I know, don’t ask what has notification to do with music but it is what it is.

Historical data not present for steps is one of the features missing badly.

There should be one touch wake up of the screen

I’ve given up wearing mine. Too many inconsistencies to make it reliable. Back to the OnePlus special addition, Cobalt.

1. The watch does not count steps when I am on the treadmill.
2. The watch sometimes randomly does not count steps. I had a 30 min walk and the watch counted 0 steps, whereas google fit counted almost 2000+ steps.
3. The watch does not export data to google fit.
4. While sitting, suddenly the watch shows heart rate of 100+ whereas during workout, it shows heart rate of 80+

Is my device faulty or are these all bugs. Did i make a mistake in getting CMF watch?
