I love the designs Ux and everything about CMF and Nothing but there seems to be a problem with step tracking. Can someone tell me if it is a software bug that Nothing would fix or is it a hardware problem?

Also, notifications are not showing on ios.

Still hopeful for the success of the brand and their products.

    1. Sometimes GPS for watch is not tracking.
    2. Connectivity issue between watch and app.
    3. Every time I need to open CMF watch app to connect the watch. After connecting to the app, I am able to use MUSIC Controls and FIND MY DEVICE in watch. when I remove the mobile application from recent tab it is disconnecting.
    4. After connecting to mobile application still the music volume functions are not working in the watch.
    5. caller name is not showing in the watch.
    6. I’ve updated both watch and mobile application to newest. still the issues not resolved.

      Having multiple issues in watch pro…steps tracker , calories not working properly..it will stop randomly.

      Also daytime sleep tracking not working.

      Weather also stopped working not updating.

      Sometimes watch faces are not getting applied …getting apply failed error.Need to reset to fix which I lost all my settings and data.

      Touch is unresponsive sometimes, wrist raise not working properly…. Better to have feature tap to wakeup.

      Kindly let me know is it a bug or I need to request a replacement.

        After testing the watch for 4 days I found that the watch doesn’t count steps properly, it starts counting after 15 steps compared to 8 steps in Mi bands or Amazfit watches. It counts steps when you are driving bike and Car. Also it under counts when you are walking briskly. Coming from Amazfit watches the step accuracy in CMF watch pro is useless. Even budget Mi bands and amazfit watches have better accuracy. Nothing needs to fix this soon since many people track steps

        Actually the watch is a dud. It connected fine once I unboxed, first it did not count step properly

        Then after 2 days update came and I did the update. That’s when all hell broke loose. It shows the qr. and even after connecting it shows the qr . Post connection it shows other error . The watch is still struck in QR code screen. What a mistake to buy a 1st gen

          I’m experiencing similar issues. The latest update, 11.0.0.40, seems to have broken my sleep tracking. Although I sleep for around 6-7 hours per night, only 1-3 hours gets tracked. Especially when I wake up in the middle of the night, none of the sleep from before is tracked. It tells me that I haven’t worn the watch, but heart rate tracking still works, so I’m not sure about the problem here…

          My watch stopped booting this morning suddenly. Anyone facing same issues ?

            If pairing does not work, change your phone’s time zone to the UK and try pairing. After completion, change to your own time zone. 🙂

            Half of the times steps are not getting counted. How to solve this? Compared to my fitbit only 30% tracking of steps taking place.

            just received watch yesterday, updated to 11.0.0.41, and they became almost USELESS!

            No steps counting & calories working at all. Restarted and reconnected for many times - no result!

              I’m facing an issue with receiving notifications. My Instagram notifications are not showing up on my watch. I’ve tried everything, but they’re still not showing. Do you have any idea how to fix this?

              BhabaniPanda It’s a weird quirk, but make sure your phone numbers are saved in the 123-456-7890 format on your phone before you add them to the recent contacts section on the app. You’ll be able to call from the watch. Try it out!
