As of today I can’t even get into the app, just get authorisation failed. Password is correct and logs me in here, did do a password reset for fun but no joy. I had been using the sign in with google so clearly an issue.

Hi, I have so many issues with the Watch Pro or the Watch Pro app. I’m connected to my Nothing Phone 2.

1: I’m on version V2.2.8 on 11.0.0.33 , and I can’t get the latest 11.0.0.34 when I tap ‘Start Update’ I get Network Error

2: I don’t appear to get any GMail notifications, and there isn’t the Gmail app to select it in the Watch Pro app under ‘more apps’ under Notifications.

3: I have ‘Outlook’ selected in Notifications but I do appear to get any notifications from outlook email to the watch.

So I basically need some support, I’ve done all the usual things like clear data and cache, uninstall and reinstall.

Help would be good please, and maybe a link to the latest Watch Pro app to version 11.0.0.34

Watch shows some random step and calorie count.really useless now shouldn’t have trusted nothing .

I’m having multiple issues, and i’m paired to my Nothing Phone 2 on the latest cmf Watch app v 2.2.8…..

1: Can’t update firmware version to 11.0.0.34….keep getting ‘Network Error’

2: Don’t seem to be getting any notifications, no SMS texts, no emails from Outlook, ProtonMail, Amazon or Ebay apps, even though they’ve been toggled ‘On’ in the cmf app

…I’ve turned ‘Running in Background’ on in the cmf Watch app,

…also restarted the Phone, or the Watch, or the turned the bluetooth off and back on.

3: I’ve notice the Watch weather app shows most times ‘No Data’ in the weather icon, which is another sign it’s losing or not refreshing the pairing between the Phone and Watch.

Lot’s of issues, and there only the one’s that haven’t worked for me since getting it this Saturday, i haven’t tried making a call from the Watch, or doing any tracking yet although my blood spo2 and heart rate apps have worked.

has any faced issue in connecting to the GPS. the watch is supposed to have 5 positioning systems, but fails to connect.
still havent figured how to get notifications of WA, or for that matter SMS or other apps.
the incoming caller id is a hit or miss. some contacts show and some dont. funny thing is even if the contact shows at the time of ringing, the call log will only display the number

Overall am happy with the purchase.

Hardware of the watch is great and quality of materials is also great as well. But after using it for 7 days I have several qualms with CMF

Lack of quality data interpretation in app. Minimalism is not always preferable. We need monthly and weekly summer and ability to access previous activities
Lack of call transferring features; how can Nothing expect it’s customer to speak on loudspeaker when attending a call from watch. Please give us an option to transfer call to phone as well

Inability of watch to send notification when app is running not in background.

Too much time taken for GPS location.

No auto pause during workout .

Lack of compactability with Strava and Google fit

Major apps like Gmail, Google Calendar, messages are not listed in CMF app.

One time watch got switched off my itself and battery was draining by a no every 30 sec.

AOD doesn’t work always. Sometimes screen turns off automatically despite having AOD on

All these can be fixed with a software update on app and as Watch OS. I believe Nothing will seriously consider all suggestions in this community.

Please please work on your APP. UI is amazing but considering its a fitness tracker you should work on giving users detailed quality information and history of workouts.

I got my watch 2 days ago and it was working great. Today, the apps stop connecting to my watch. When I tried to reconnect, it logs me out. I login and it seems that I need to reconnect my watch. But, now it says “Device registered by another user”. I am using the same account and it says register by another user!? Tried reinstall the apps, reset my watch and it still not working. Anyone got the solution? How to delete the device register from my current email so I can connect my device again. Thank you.

I am having the exact same issue, I tried resetting the watch and also uninstalled the app as the watch face was not showing the weather data. Now I am stuck with “The device has been registered by another user”.

No available solution that I could find online.

Ppl from nothing, please help us!

Experiencing the ‘Device registered by another user’ issue with my CMF Watch after it stopped working this morning. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I did face the same issue and it’s been resolved by doing the following steps.

Reset the watch
Remove the watch from paired devices list of your phone
Clear storage and cache of the cmf app
Turn on bluetooth and search for new device and pair the watch
Open the cmf app and login with existing account.
Connect the watch from the app

Guys, I did it! I paired my watch again. This is what I did:

Reinstall the app.
Login using the same email you register for your watch.
Make sure your Bluetooth is on. Your app must be on too. Stay at the Add My Device (Watch icon).
At your watch, press and hold the button. DO NOT RELEASE the button even if the Power Off and Restart pop out.
Continue hold the button until it restarted itself.
When it restarted itself, there is where my watch reconnected again.

I’m not sure if this works for everyone but you can try it out.
