Some time ago my bluetooth started to not turning on or was turning off while i was using my bluetooth headphones. Now it just wont turn on. I tried resting my phone, resting bluetooth trying different options in programist mode and even resseting to factory settings. I reached out to support but they only said that theyre gonna send this issue to their team. Any idea how to fix this issue?

Having same issues here for a while I won’t be able to get Bluetooth on and when I do get it on it goes on and off many times when I’m using my headphones really frustrating…

EliavHaddad wait i have same problem, every time it hits ground it turns off. Lol ig its a chip problem.

Same problem here. If the back off the phone has some pressure on it the BT maybe might turn on. It absolutely seems like a faulty manufacturing issue or bad hardware. Its been progressively getting worse, and more frequent. Ive tried absolutely everything in settings, dev options, hard and soft reset, phone is fully updated. Super super frustrating. And strangely a common problem apparently….

Its a hardware issue that happens when the back of the phone cracks, i thought it is a software issue and waited for an update but even after android 15 it hadnt worked. So, i thought it won’t work again and started using my wired earphones, when i found this thread, i took a razor blade and ran it through the glass trying to lift it just in case to see if the shattered glass is causing pressure. It didn’t work, then i slammed the phone facing the shattered glass to my surprise it turned on.

I am having the same issue. It’s been more than 2 years I have been using this smartphone Nothing Phone 1. I never had any issues with bluetooth so far. However over the past 2 months I am having the bluetooth issues. I went to the Bengaluru exclusive service center. They did a software update my entire data was gone. It started working for some hours. Again it’s back to the same problem again. Now if I tap to connect new device or pair new device it says no bluetooth device found nearby. Can someone please help me on this issue. I am lost my trust on new brands due to this kind of issues.

I have the same issue since the upgrade done to android 14…no hits or harm to the phone..sometimes( 1 in 60 days on its mood) it gets active otherwise not. Updated until android 15 recent one still no luck. Service center had tried moving back to A13,worked for few days then back to issue. Hci stack unable to start issue ,hence definately a software problem fixable by nothing.please assist.

Yes looks so They want us to move to new phone, no positive response from the nothing support team regarding this Bluetooth issue
