jldiez2000 CMF 65W Gan charger for best rapid charging
Which chargers can we use for the Nothing phone 2a plus?
If you want your motherboard to last long and not face any electronic issues better go for official charger than any local company charger.
It doesn’t matter what charger you use. This about the original chargers and saving the battery and circuit board are nonsense.
CMF 65 w Gen charger or Nothing official charger for 45w for good experience of mobile rapidly charge and battery helath is also good
There is also 33W cmf charger is also good.i bought this,it charges rapidly
Abhijithp_DzId7Y9sCJ what time it takes to charge ?
From 0-50% or 0-90% or any duration you observed.
NikolaPekov it does matter if you use a crappy charger like those really cheap and fragile knockouts. As long as you use a quality charger from Anker, Samsung, Google, Xiaomi or similar paired with a quality cable, you won’t have problems. Avoiding the many fake CMF or Nothing chargers found in Amazon and other online retailers can save you lots of trouble.
Preferably opting for a PPS compliant charger can be a good idea if you want to charge your phone quickly. Many people think that a 100W charger is faster than a 25W unit but that is not guaranteed if the 100W charger doesn’t support your phone’s charging standard. Be aware of the specs and make an informed purchase.
That’s all well and good, but what are the standards? That was OP’s question and I’m interested as well, although for the regular 2a. My older samsung charger just made the phone tell me that it wasn’t charged as quickly as possible.
NikolaPekov hope that doesn’t make anyone regret their decision after they face issues and the service centre guy rejects warranty based on this
jldiez2000 Nothing CMF 65watts chargers u can use it but it’s all depends on how much your phone will capable of taking it. For example nothing 2a can support upto 45 Watts of speed charging hence it will take 45 Watts even though your adaptor charger has 65 Watts.
Ille the Nothing Phone 2a supports PD (Power Delivery) 3.0 and PPS (Programmable Power Supply) charging standards. You should preferably search for chargers that support both standards.
It will deny warranty if they sell the phone complete with the corresponding charger. Since they don’t provide a charger, they should have made sure that any certified charger will charge. For 2 years now, I’ve been charging it all night with a smart socket with built-in 2 A usb ports in it. I don’t even use a typical charger.
Samsung 25w fast charger works very good with phone 2a.
My Nothing Phone 2a Plus does not charge at full power with the Xiaomi 67w 2ca1 power supply, AccuBattery shows 8 - 10 watts. Is it necessary to have an original Nothing power supply for fast charging?

PRO100CiRiLl Xiaomi uses different charging protocols on their phones and chargers, probably proprietary technology.
Charging is (oversimplified) a combination of Watts and Amperes. For example on my Nothing Phone 2a the maximum charging speed seems to happen at 27/28W with 8A. This is done with a Nothing 45W PD Charger. It supports PD 3.0 and PPS charging standards.
You don’t need an original Nothing charger but you should search for one that supports the standards mentioned above.
I’m using 100W gan charger for my nothing phone 2A plus it was bit faster than other chargers, on the charger box you will get the data cable from C to C, also the charger have 3 sockets USB A, and two Type C.
THEBLACKHORCE_BUDDI_ Send me a link to your charger, I’ll be grateful.
Whatever charger you use the phone will get green tint and burn in anyway
