if your Nothing Phone 1 is ringing and the Glyph interface is blinking but the incoming call is not showing on the screen, here are some tips you can try:
RESTART YOUR PHONE: sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches.
CHECK DO NOT DISTURB MODE: ensure that DND mode is not enabled, as it may prevent calls from showing on the screen.
PULL DOWN THE NOTIFICATION SHADE: even if the screen is black, try pulling down the notification shade to see if the incoming call is listed there.
UPDATE SOFTWARE: make sure your phone is running the latest software version.
CHECK APP PERMISSIONS: ensure that the phone app has the necessary permissions.
CLEAR CACHE OF PHONE APP: go to settings > apps > phone > storage and clear the cache. this can help resolve any issues with the app.
additional tips:
CHECK YOUR PHONE’S SCREEN FOR DAMAGE: if the screen is physically damaged, it may not display incoming calls correctly.
