I would suggest submitting this as a bug using the OS Feedback Form so that the relevant team members can see your issue, as that’s the best way for bugs to get squashed

What is the solution for phone stuck in crash dump error?

While updating anything pop up on boot up for 1 second ? Any kind of error?

RajeshJangid as mentioned above I suggest reporting the issue, you can do this by heading to Settings > System > Feedback on your phone or if you require more urgent support please get in touch with the support team.

this issue need send to service centre and won’t get charge if under warranty,like my place high cost replace regarding as their said motherboard issue,so im taking back and solved by self and till now so far no issue,only my vibration has problem need replaced things.

As mentioned above, if you’re facing persistent crash dump issues then its best to get in touch with the support team.

I have bought Nothing phone 1 a year ago. From past 4-5 months I am facing crash dump mode issue on my phone. Recently on approaching to Nothing service centre l, they have updated my mobile with latest os 2.0.5 but still the problem exists. It’s kinda irritating.

If you’re facing persistent crash dump issues even after visiting a service centre and getting a fresh OS install, you should get in touch with support.

Just let them know what the issue is that you’re facing, and that the issue is still present after a visit to the service centre.

No reply from anybody. I am losing trust with Nothing phones. If this happens again I never gonna suggest Nothing phones to anyone l.

This issue won’t get resolved unless you approach to Nothing service centres. Try call toll free customer service once.
