If you’re repeatedly getting stuck in crash dump I highly recommend reaching out to Nothing support.

Derren sir with all due respect we’re the first customers who’ve shown the trust in the brand and now when we’re facing this serious problem you won’t even ready to acknowledge the problem? You can find endless feedbacks regarding this issue many of them even visited the service center but haven’t found any solution. Today i was on a important call and suddenly my phone got restarted and it took more than half an hour to start again. What will we do in the time of emergency?? Haven’t you guys have any moral duty to solve this problem.??

Derren , Dear support , I am also facing this issue from longtime.. when I approach to service centre.. with out diagnostic they telling change the mother board.

I am in outof warranty and mother board cost is around 25000 rupees, I will get good mobile in the market. I have paid 42000 rupees to buy nothing phone 1, i am really not happy with these mobile, there is no physical damage to my nothing mobile.

After trying multiple restart, it will rebooting and automatically it will go crash dump mode and few applications not open some time and after restart it will work . Some times it will expect factory reset. Due to that i again I need to setup my phone..

With respect to my case please suggest

RajeshJangid as mentioned above I suggest reporting the issue, you can do this by heading to Settings > System > Feedback on your phone or if you require more urgent support please get in touch with the support team.

RajeshJangid Get Your Motherboard replaced or Ask Replacement.. Its an hardware issue… Flashing an Operating system wont help you at any cost

this issue need send to service centre and won’t get charge if under warranty,like my place high cost replace regarding as their said motherboard issue,so im taking back and solved by self and till now so far no issue,only my vibration has problem need replaced things.

I have bought Nothing phone 1 a year ago. From past 4-5 months I am facing crash dump mode issue on my phone. Recently on approaching to Nothing service centre l, they have updated my mobile with latest os 2.0.5 but still the problem exists. It’s kinda irritating.

I Request you to please visit the Nearby service center again and tell still the problem Exist… mine one also Has this same issue,,its happening when i put vibrate Mode and Connected with Mobile internet… Already they Changed the Motherboard.. But there is No Solution.. My Device Still at service Center Only..

so Visit again and ask Replacement or Get Motherboard REplacemnt.

If you’re facing persistent crash dump issues even after visiting a service centre and getting a fresh OS install, you should get in touch with support.

Just let them know what the issue is that you’re facing, and that the issue is still present after a visit to the service centre.

No reply from anybody. I am losing trust with Nothing phones. If this happens again I never gonna suggest Nothing phones to anyone l.

I bought Nothing Phone (1) 2 weeks ago to try Nothing product, I like everything, but now it started to reboot spontaneously with Crashdump error. I can’t take it to an official service center as we don’t have them in our country.

Since you don’t have a service centre in your region, support may recommend posting it to another region. If you’re facing persistent crash dump issues the best solution is still to get in touch with support.
