Phone (1) crash dump
I have bought Nothing phone 1 a year ago. From past 4-5 months I am facing crash dump mode issue on my phone. Recently on approaching to Nothing service centre l, they have updated my mobile with latest os 2.0.5 but still the problem exists. It’s kinda irritating.
No reply from anybody. I am losing trust with Nothing phones. If this happens again I never gonna suggest Nothing phones to anyone l.

I bought Nothing Phone (1) 2 weeks ago to try Nothing product, I like everything, but now it started to reboot spontaneously with Crashdump error. I can’t take it to an official service center as we don’t have them in our country.

This issue won’t get resolved unless you approach to Nothing service centres. Try call toll free customer service once.

I Request you to please visit the Nearby service center again and tell still the problem Exist… mine one also Has this same issue,,its happening when i put vibrate Mode and Connected with Mobile internet… Already they Changed the Motherboard.. But there is No Solution.. My Device Still at service Center Only..
so Visit again and ask Replacement or Get Motherboard REplacemnt.
RajeshJangid Get Your Motherboard replaced or Ask Replacement.. Its an hardware issue… Flashing an Operating system wont help you at any cost

Today 7 o clock morning start this problem when most of time I need my phone from that time till I am facing this problem I am not expected from nothing phones that if I buy premium phones from nothing and I will face this kind of issue please fix it fast or otherwise I will throw my phone and seriously I will never recommend others to buy this kind of new brand things
It happened with my Nothing Phone (1) just now when I was updating from Android 13 to Android 14 (Stable) via OTA Update (Normal Update). It got stuck for approximately 1 hour, after which I restarted it by pushing the power button for almost 10 seconds.
This post is to help ordinary people if they face the same issue; please don’t panic and don’t restart your device immediately.

Derren sir with all due respect we’re the first customers who’ve shown the trust in the brand and now when we’re facing this serious problem you won’t even ready to acknowledge the problem? You can find endless feedbacks regarding this issue many of them even visited the service center but haven’t found any solution. Today i was on a important call and suddenly my phone got restarted and it took more than half an hour to start again. What will we do in the time of emergency?? Haven’t you guys have any moral duty to solve this problem.??
I have the phone 1 for a while now nothing went wrong until now i updated to 2.5.2 and while it was updating it said the same thing tried the power button doesnt work tried it with the volume button doesnt work so i dont know what to do does anybody have some advice?

I woke up this morning to my fully charged Nothing Phone 1 requesting a restart to finish an OS Update. I press restart and go make coffee. By the time I come back, and ever since (5 hours now), all I can see on the screen is:

Collecting reset reason, device should reboot later…
It doesn’t react to any kind of button combination and I am unsure of how to continue.
Can anyone help me? Would be greatly appreciated.

***edit: It has rebooted on its own, don’t know why or how, but I’m glad to have my phone working normally again.
