Still no update? The issue is still there and can confirm that its not codec issue since all codec drains the left ear bud specifically, may it be noise cancelling or any modes it drains so fast. What is happening?

hi, is this still an issue? in am planning on buying them but seeing this forum just made me doubt. if it’s still am issue, is the % drop that bad? or it just depends on luck? thanks for the reply 😃

sBero DON’T. i have 3 pairs. mine, my bro’s and my sis’s. all of them have the same issue. now the right side is 30-40% different. i used airpods pro 2 for 1.5 years, no issue at all.

KH6888 fuck, i already bough them. they were for sale for like $130. compared to the airpods pro 2 im saving a lot of money rn, but reading all the complains its making me regret the purchase. i hope they fix the problem for when they arrive, launch some firmware update, that the earbuds arrive whitout the last update, or that the pair isnt factory defective. thanks for the reply, but it was too late jajahja.

I bought Nothing ear 2024s, and I’ve been using them almost daily for nearly 9 months. They’ve worked really well for the most part, except for a weird battery inconsistency between the earbuds.

Pretty much always for the last 2 months, the right earbud has been charging only at a maximum of 90%, while the left one has been charged fully. Sometimes the battery percentage shows that it’s full for both earbuds, just so that after a couple of seconds being connected to my Phone (2) to drop back at a 90%, whilst the left one still was at 100%. For like a week now, the problem has only aggravated. After a bit of normal usage (no ANC, no advanced codecs), the percent difference is at 20%. The earbuds both still work just fine and charge this way (even after letting them charge overnight), and the pins of the case aren’t corroded, dirty or bended in any way.

I’ve contacted support directly once about this problem, and got no reply (even after a month later, still nothing). I’ve also sent feedback trough the recent ear and ear (a) google forms feedback poll, and also got nothing back as of now. This lack of communication seems even stranger to me, because I’ve also had some connectivity issues with my Phone (2) a while back, support has responded really quick and they really tried to guide me to fix my problem (it was a dumb user error, but they still we’re really keen to help me and figure out the root of the issue).

I think since these battery problems arise, my buds didn’t even receive one firmware update either, which might’ve fixed this strange issue.

Regardless, these will surely be my last wireless earbuds ever. Still enjoying a lot my Phone (2), which I really thought will have much more issues when I first bought it, not the buds.

I posted about this a few days back as well. It’s really annoying, especially seeing as the buds are not particularly cheap…

Provoost guys i am a year 7 student really interest in the nothing ear 2024 there on a massive sale right now for 105 usd I need new ones but is this issue still on going if not I’ll just buy the cmf nothing buds pro 2 but please let me know as it’s a gift from my mom for getting good grades!

yusefalshawi13 hey dude! Congrats om your grades. Sadly it is still an issue. Even though it’s rather minor compared to the quality of the buds themselves. They are amazing, good quality, design and app. Truly love em and wouldn’t hesitate to buy them again despite the battery issue.
