Hello. Unfortunately for me there is absolutely no transparency mode in the Nothing Ear (a). This mode is not new to me and I understand how it should work - here it is almost absent.
Many external sounds are as they should be, however, the most important thing - voices - are muffled, and in general there is a feeling of constant pressure that not present in the ANC mode or without ANC at all. The fit to the ear is perfect, I tried changing the size of the ear pads, changing the codec, resetting the settings several times - it does not help at all.
Despite the fact that I like the sound quality of the headphones, and the ANC works fine for me, the transparency mode is absolutely terrible and because of it I do not want to use the headphones at all. I wrote a request to feedback, but there was no response.
I really hope that this is a bug in the software and somebody will contact me to fix it.
